  • Orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received, also on Saterdays!
  • You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Orders placed before 15:00 PM (GMT+1) (Monday-Saterday) will be shipped the same day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer a single, secure shipping method for all orders:

  • Netherlands: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
  • Europe: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days.
  • Rest of the World: Estimated delivery within 5-12 business days.

All orders are shipped in a sturdy cardboard box with tracking, insurance, and registered delivery to ensure they arrive safely and securely.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Free shipping may be available on qualifying orders—check our promotions for details.
  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us, and we will assist in locating your package.
  • If your order arrives damaged, notify us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Address & Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order.
  • We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.
