2.1 Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate descriptions, images, and pricing for all products. However, errors may occur.
  • Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
  • LEGO® products listed are genuine unless stated otherwise. SHOPLINK is not affiliated with The LEGO Group.

2.2 Order Process

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
  • If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
  • We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
  • Payments must be made in full before an order is processed and shipped.
  • SHOPLINK is not responsible for additional fees such as customs duties or bank charges applied by third parties.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Shipping Methods & Times

  • We offer standard shipping with tracking, insurance, and registered delivery.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Netherlands: 1-2 business days
    • Europe: 3-7 business days
    • Rest of the World: 5-12 business days
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.

4.2 Delays & Responsibility

  • SHOPLINK is not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, carrier issues, or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes).
  • If a package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us at atshoplink@gmail.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Returns

  • You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original, unused condition with all packaging intact.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

5.2 Refunds

  • Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected.
  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of incorrect or damaged items.

5.3 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. If already dispatched, you must follow the return process.

  • All content, images, trademarks, and branding on the SHOPLINK website are the property of UNRL PROD or respective copyright holders.
  • You may not use, copy, or distribute our content without written permission.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • SHOPLINK provides products "as is" without warranties, express or implied.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use.
  • Our maximum liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product.

8. Fraud Prevention & Account Security

  • You agree to provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or placing an order.
  • Fraudulent activities, including false chargebacks, will be reported to authorities.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.

9. Governing Law & Disputes

  • These Terms are governed by Dutch law.
  • Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the Netherlands.
  • If any provision of these Terms is found invalid, the remaining Terms will still apply.
